Micro Data Systems Ltd is a well established computer services company with a reputation for integrity and efficiency.  Located in East Anglia, our clients are both national and local, including Manufacturers, Mail-Order companies and the NHS Executive.  We specialise in creating quality database applications with over 20 years’ experience designing and maintaining industrial strength databases. 

We have developed the highly scaleable and robust AURIA Business Management software which has been successfully implemented for a variety of clients in different vertical markets, including mail-order, service and manufacturing.

The advice that we provide will be relevant and precise and the solution tested to meet your requirements.  We clearly define the practices and objectives that will best suit your company and help optimise performance.

For projects where a lower budget system is required, perhaps for one or two users, our procedure is just as detailed and precise.  Databases for smaller user groups can be constructed using software such as Microsoft Access, Firebird, MySQL or Oracle Express Edition.

With our pre-paid service agreements, you receive high priority technical support, with us acting as an integral part of your business.  Safe in the knowledge that our service has been pre-paid you can focus on your business and find it easier to manage your IT budget.  If you do not use all of the purchased service units, what remains is simply rolled over onto the next yearly service agreement, ensuring that you always receive the service that you have invested in.

If you have a network, an Internet-based connection will allow us to remotely administer your business needs economically and without inconvenience.  Access to us is immediate; when you call, you communicate directly with our IT staff with no intermediaries.

We support the major PC operating systems and networks, primarily Windows® and Linux.
